This project is for someone who knows what they're doing. I need a membership site solution that can be used for multiple sites/products. . The sites will be in html and the content must be protected from access by non-members. I want a interface. However, if your solution requires a third-party software program and you are willing to customize it for our use, then by all means mention the software in your bid and we'll consider it. Here are the features we want: 1. Automatic member signup with user-generated passwords, automatically prompted after purchase. [login to view URL] users there password and username 3. works with [login to view URL] paypal checkout as merchant service but flexible to work with authorize or other merchant services if need be 4. Automatic password disabling (in the event of a refund). 5. A user interface (control panel) that simplifies management and administration 6. Supports unlimited number of members. 9. Reporting features with stats. 11. Member and public area. 12. The content inside the members area needs to be encypted & secured somehow. so that know one can copy the content on the site. The majorit of the site will be in pdf. but there will also be a video course to it as well. 12. Anything else that a non-programmer business person would want in a members program
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
