298422 Script error

I have a site which has Gallery ver 1.3 installed. I am getting a 500 error all of a sudden. I would guess this is a simple permissions problem.

I need ONLY someone who is familiar with the Gallery photo album program to fix this for me.

This installation of Gallery has always worked fine. It is on my own server so permissions, access, config and required mods and programs are no problem.
