Assist with Dolphin and Drupal

I need assistance in Setting up a Drupal and/or Dolphin Site. The work would entail teaching me the basics and helping me with the Css coding on the main page I already have the modules and layout that I want, but i need help with the rest.

I would be communicating via an instant messenger and would be allowing remote acces to my computer. This job will pay by the hour and I am needing about 6-10 hours of help. Please bid according to 10 hours of direct assistance. I do not have anything that has to be completed in this time frame just to have my questions answered and some minot things done on my site.

Language is PHP and it is a social networking site.
