Auto/Pre-Fill Form in iFrame

I need pre fill a fill on a form on an external site which will be displayed in an iFrame on my site.

I only want the fields to be populated, I dont need it to auto submit, the user will submit the form manually.

The field/s will be populate by a dummy from on my site.

It will go like this....

DUMMY FORM

click SUBMIT -->

PAGE 2

Iframe with external form containing the data from my dummy form ready to be submitted by the user.

I would normally do it by using the url

such as [url removed, login to view]

but doing it that way does not always work.

and I dont want to do it that way as they can see you doing it like that. The refere will show them that it has been done that way.
