Following is the list:

1- Check complete mysql (according to the server guys the coding was very poor and they did some indexing to make it faster

2- Check site for errors and also many links open new windows want that changed, make it w3 compliant

3- In the [url removed, login to view] page the jw player has to be updated to 4.3 want the same to be done for homepage player.

Then want the attached code from longtail to be installed in the pages to incorporate scanscout.

Also want the following plugins installed inside the video page

With the above we can remove some things like embed code rating etc. since it will be built into the player

4- Lot of videos converting but showing up as errors don’t want and cannot afford to have that, when the video upload has an error the broken thumbnail image shows.

Also lot of videos convert and show in site but as external video thumbnail though the original thumbnail is generated.

Show user if error occured in upload.

5- Cache deep. If possible introduce p2p, cloud caching etc.

6- Add country list and translate and do the site in different languages -.

7- Want to Integrate facebook, iphone and orkut to drive traffic to you etc

9- Now when a video is now imported from Youtube it shows as "external Video" thumbnail, want that removed to show the actual

thumbnail from within the video.

10- Need Java Script to hide all emails so no one can scrape the site

11- Want to introduce adsense revenue sharing immediately.

Basically every user enters his google id when registering.

When he uploads a video all the google ads clicked on his page revenue will be shared with him.

For this usually you have to enter the Google partner program but people are also doing this with simple rotation.

For this may need the adsense ad placement changed to support the feature.
