I should make a site where load videos, then broadcasters (TV, websites, etc. ..) can download for free.
To keep costs we can use a template. I do not need a nice site, but functional.
it must have these characteristics:
The purpose: the TV must be able to download in two formats (web, and broadcast) video that we upload
1 - the subject of the movie the video will be uploaded on youtube, so instead of a picture Insert code embedded youtube
2-connection to a ftp there must be two "buttons" for a quality web, or broadcast
3 - Description of the video and of the event
The access should be at two levels
1 - with a simple entry all the videos will be downloaded for free
2 - a second level for access to video subscription
