Community Script Needed - MySpace, Hi5, Bebo, etc...

NB Previous chosen provider lost the script hence relisting Online Community Script needed.

I need a script, I don't need you to develop one. I need an exsisting script.

1) Social Network Script like Myspace , Bebo etc...,

2) It needs to be written in php and mysql,

3) The source needs to be installed on my server,

4) If you have one that you bought before, please let me know your price with the full license and copyright to alter the script,

5) This is NOT a dating site,

6) It should be able to network like Myspace, i.e. click on a friend's profile and you can see and click through taht person's friends and profile and so on and on, inviting and adding friends as you go,

7)It should allow multiple photo uploads with no limit on the number of photos,

8) If you have a copy of Alstrasoft E-friends [url removed, login to view], that'd be perfect as don't want to pay $280 for the full license - a full license should be provided though,

9) It should allow users to send out invites to all contacts in MSN messenger or hotmail address book,

10) I NEED TO SEE A DEMO and the funtionality list,

11) The SCRIPT SHOULD HAVE A TEMPLATE SYSTEM OR THE LAYOUT SHOULD BE EASY TO MODIFY.

12) Script QUALITY should be perfect with no bugs!

Looking for a script that is fully customisable with no copyright or license issues, i.e. it can be altered legally with no ads or banners having to stay in place.

This needs to be installed on my server within 2 days from auction close as well as a banner at the top with a new logo (doesn't need to be too graphically amazing) or the ability for me to do this should be available (I would prefer this option).

Good oportunity to get a good feedback, and please don't post bogus bids or anything that doesn't have a demo as I will delete them.
