New layout + Install script: [login to view URL]

I would like a new and modern version of the layout and graphics of my website: [url removed, login to view] . The job regards the homepage and 4 internal page to be used as template. NO flash.

1- New look (layout) to homepage: [url removed, login to view] (icons with icons)

2- New layout to 4 webpages (Example of page: [url removed, login to view] )

All pages must have on the left top:

Bookmark This Page | Make us your home page | Tell a friend | "Contact us"

3- I need a TOOLBAR than my websites affiliates will copy and paste html code in them websites, and when users search the web with toolbar it'll open a new window with a page of my website.

TOOLBAR must have Logo (with link) and search box , "Partners List" and "Top sites" list. These 2 lists must be update in my website and it'll show in affiliates websites. (Exemple: [url removed, login to view] - on the top )

User can Download ClickMega Toolbar.

4 - I need a script: top websites with methods of ranking sites, unlimited categories, sites can have multiple banners, users can have multiple websites. user can votes websites.
