1 base form, 7 colums : rank, reference, product description, size, price, quantity, total
20 lines with possibility to add or eliminate lines on baseform (see A).
Entry on published webpage for client with password in order to see his particular priceoffer .
A filled orderform is then send by Email on supplier (B) and a copy is visible in the client's map ''last orders'' . Each new price offer take the place of the last offer who is then visible in the map ''old offers'' (by date & hour)
A: the base form is differentiate by 1 to 10 level based productprices forms. A level base price consist in the marginal productprice (without profit) multiplied by profit % . Example : form105 is marginal price X 5%, form 108 = marginal price + 8% profit , 110 = cost + 10% and also: 115,120, 150 … aso.
B: the supplier put all clients in a price calculated level for each, and can easely change a client in an other pricelevel position.
C: each priceoffer action has his automatic consequential reflect in the different levelprice forms so thus, every client look at him his last prices in the price category asigned through the supplier,.
Other ameliorations are possible as the total sales amount by client, total sales for each products and analyses of sales less marginal prices

The software include the standard database tables for the pricelist Eform :
1. the supplier inscription form with at least 5 active links for user company name - address,street,city,state,country - tel - Email - comments case
2. = the client / buyer table with the same 5 links
3 = a productname listing
4 = for sizes, lenght, weight, color or other product specification.
These dates are used in order to compose the pricelist order Eform.
Also, in a first start period, a maximum of product names and sizes are registrated in order to obtain a standard worksheet. But, since the productlines without price are not hold for publication on Internet, the client become a
longer or shorter price offer depending on the availability of products.
