SEO problem (Friendly URL)

right now, my site is in Russian.

when I'm adding products on the admin panel, the seo is very bard.

for example.

[url removed, login to view]

check this page.

right now, product name is 'Пальто Rinascimento' but its link is [url removed, login to view]

as you can see they converted the seo into english very meaningful.

I need this system.

The CYRILLICS IS TRANSLITTERATED INTO MEANINGFUL RUSSIAN in English letters. Which makes much sense and IS MEANINGFUL and highly important.
