Check attached screenshot, 'echeck' module shows input field error, when 'CREDIT CARD' payment was selected and user clicks on 'continue'.

This should not happen but user should see the next step of the credit card checkout procedure without getting any error from echeck module.

Also: Add Visa and Visa Electron Logo under the 'Credit Card' checkout option. Add echeck logo under the 'echeck' checkout option.
