SocialEngine 4 expert programmer needed for updates

Expert programmers needed for Social Engine 4 project. Our base site is already built and up and running on a test server. Currently our site is version SE 4.0.5. We need someone to upgrade the site to 4.1.2. This cannot be done however by the simple upgrade package as there have been many modifications to our SE Core. So the upgrade needs to be done manually.

We also need installation of several plugins we have purchased. These plugins cannot be simply installed either as they effect the SE Core so they will need to be modded so that they work correctly in the site.

Finally we need PayPal integration on several options in our site that charge a fee. The programming already works as far as what the site is supposed to do once the payment has been made. The payment gateway however is what is missing.

There will be several other tweaks and mods needed along the way. We will negotiate with you on any things not mentioned above that we would like to change. As this site is an on going project, it is always evolving and changing and you have the opportunity to be a part of these changes.

Basic Requirements:

1. Vast experience with Social Engine 4

MUST have already completed successful SocialEngine projects. When you bid, send us link of prior work and details with proof of technical customizations performed in a PM. You MUST put Social Engine references for serious consideration and CLEARLY & specifically indicate what work was done for each.

2. High-level PHP expertise

Plug-in installation/modifications/customization. Integrations with other applications into Social Engine (ex: shopping carts, networking, payments,etc). Possibly develop new scripts or plug-ins. MUST be able to find sources of bugs in existing code and do clean up & recommendations for better functionality.

3. Excellent communication via email or chat

This position offers the great opportunity for on-going and growing work. It is essential that you have clear and timely written and verbal communication with us about any and all aspects of project. It should never be a problem to reach you and get information on the project in reasonable times.

4. On-time & On-budget

Heavy preference given to teams over individuals due to the scope & nature of this project, but we will always seriously consider the best talent. It is critical to meet expressed milestones on time and to get work done within budget.

5. Expert mastery of the English Language

We would like our programmer to be fluent in English and English Grammar.

Method of Payment:

We would like the programmer(s) to work on each of the projects mentioned above separately. We can discuss and agree on milestone payments that will be made upon completion of each of the 3 projects listed above. We are also willing to make an up front payment to begin work.
