I require an addition to a website i have i need new pages adding with the following features:
1) To be able to create a username and password for people
2) People to be able to login in using the username and password
3) Once they login they will see two options, create a new record or view existing records
4) The create a new record will bring up a simple form were they will enter information and press submit (the form will do basic validation)
5) Once a new record has been created a email notification will be sent to an email address
6) The user can also view previously submitted data via the views existing records
7) The ability for me to amend/delete entries etc
