Technicians Can
* Create Profiles
* Write Blog Articles for Site (site permissions are linked)
* Set rate for services (if enabled).
Global Controls:
* Set Global rate for services
* toggle so technicians can set their own rate.
* set commission rate
* collect commission from each transaction
* Ban/Block individual profiles.
