IPad|IPhone Employee Time/Management Program

I would like a similar IPad/IPhone program to this. (I uploaded a pdf of a similar program) It's an employee time management program but should also work on the iPhone that employee's can download and receive messages that can be sent to groups such as Managers, Employees, Maintenance (you can create groups).

Your employee dashboard will show up (specific to the employee)
Click Clock in (or use voice command and say 'Clock in')
