MySql, PHP with xml feed development

Develop a xml data feed using php and xml for cruise website, we have mysql db set up we need to develop scripts using php and xml. The xml will pull data from cruise factory and feed into local mysql db. The Cruise Factory Incremental XML data feed capability will especially requried for this development. The Incremental Data "feed" option will give the ability to only download updated data, The Incremental Feed will, in real-time, check the live database against a comparison database to see if any data has been updated and give it an "update-time." You are to develop a program:

1. To fetch data from cruise factory server and update local data using incremental feed. only changed records to be updated

2. the program must give option to choose days of data (5days, 10 days etc.)
