Prestashop XML Export and CSV Import system

I run a Prestashop E-store and a real store. The real store uses a unqiue POS system. We are trying to sync our stock management from the real store to Prestashop with minimum effort. The main thing is to update the Prestashop store with updated quantities each day and also to update the real store POS with all orders that have come from Prestashop each day.

Please see the attached files for deployment system, XML format for export and CSV format for stock quantity import.

This project is to implement the syncing mechanism and any additional add-ons or software that is required, AND to test the system to ensure it runs smoothly. Where possible the majority of tasks should be automated and we want you to advise on the best way to acheive this.
