Require a team of software developers to create a custom software system from scratch. Require a solution that integrates, programming a flow of operations during use, with external hardware. Final delivery GUI will be accessed by layman users & final file exported to a web server for future download.
- multiple users to sign in / register into system. 10 terminal kiosks at once. Hundreds of registration users per day.
- Registered info is tagged to RFID system. User gets unique RFID tag.
- User moves on to another room & tap RFID at another location point to mark user is at this location
- At this location, a photo is taken of this user automatically after RFID is tapped.
- Photo is archived in server, & photo is tagged to user's RFID
- User moves on to other locations where more photos are taken of him/her, after RFID is tap in.
- User moves on to video camera room & tap RFID. Video camera then starts video filming of user
- Video footage is archived in video server & video is tagged to users RFID.
- User moves on to final room to view gallery of photos & video.
- These are viewed on a touch screen tablet after user taps in RFID.
- User gets only his/her own & choose to delete unwanted photos.
- User confirms the wanted photos & videos & system finalizes files with a standard Header & footer photo.
- System uploads automatically this finished set to web server.
- User gets a link & ID on how to view this 1 finished file.
Require the whole system to consolidate every user's photo & videos as mentioned above & software points automatically to user's folder
