User and Provider database handler in Scala with Play Framework, compatible with Joomla!

I need a database program, written in the Play Framework in the Scala programming language.

Please find attached a picture of what exactly this database program is supposed to do.

First of all there should be two seperate databases, one for users and another for providers. The user

database should contain information as shown in the pdf picture attached. The provider database is

also explained in the picture.

It is very important that good security is applied to the credit card information as well as the personal

details (especially the password). Please write an hashing algorithm that is able to take any one to one

mathematical function of complexity of choice.

This project can be seen as excellent experience in many levels. Please contact me if you would like some
