I use [login to view URL] to keep track of my tasks and projects. I want to continuously scrape this data into an overview spreadsheet if possible. See an example of what I envision attached, with some questions in there too.

You will need to see how this works with Asana's API and let me know in your bid how you will handle this (e.g. write script and put it on my server).
