Joomla Website Programming

I have a Joomla Website that needs some editing and programming. I would like to add a mobile template to the site as well as change and clean up some of the sections.

I need to clean up and streamline the menus, add a mobile template on the site, clean up and reorganize the sections of the site.

There is a virtumart on the site and that will need to be integrated better.

Successful completion of this work will lead to work on 2 other joomla websites. Please post bid amount or hourly rate. bids that are left blank will not be considered.
