Address Validation and Limiting Postcodes For Delivery

When customer order for delivery we need address validation at point of capture

Customer must not allow to enter out of zone postcodes(which we can define in zones)

And when customer order takeaway then we do not require him to show address fields and if address is already in the system then it must not display as Delivery address.
