either build a new gps tracking software or get the source code for a good one that you developed and can meet the below:
1- has IOS and Android and windows phone app to track cars or people with the gps device
2- can communicate through gprs with most GPS devices specially TK 104, VT 1000 and others. while some has a camera so ability to capture snapshots through it
3- ability to create sub users to manage their own fleet only
4- ability to create geofences with different shape
5- customized geofence action for different devices e.g. send command to cut off fuel, send alarm by set email or by sms to set phone number for each vehicule
6- ability to send sms through a remote gps modem gateway or through an sms provider e,g, clickatell or skype
7- ability to chat with users on their mobile app or on the website
8- full playback history with nice graphic tracks showing clearly the direction of the vehicule moving
9- advanced features to track personel or pet gps specially on the mobile apps e.g. showing user position towards the tracker so he can find him easily
10- push notification alerts on the mobile apps in case an asset leaves a set corridor or a set geofence
11- offering total ownership of the source code to us as well as the mobile apps for IOS and Android and Windows phone
12- server version to work on various platforms that includes windows, linux etc...
13- ability to customize the software logo and look and feel to ours
14- ability to use google maps and other maps outthere for free
