Need a single-page navigation added to an existing web page

Hi All -
We'd like the left-side navigation style of [url removed, login to view] added to an existing PHP web page ([url removed, login to view]), using the existing page's color schemes and CSS file. We don't need different content added for all 5 tabs, but we would like to add a new pricing table to the 5th tab. The pricing table has already been designed using HTML and CSS.
Please let me know if you need more information about the project requirements.

NOTE: We do not want any changes made to the top navigation on the existing page. These tabs should be added inside the box that is underneath the blue 'SEO SERVICES' text, in place of the http://logicpath.com/images/seo1_sm.jpg image. These tabs are going to contain different features of the services offered on the page rather than replace the existing site navigation on the top.

I seem to be getting a lot of questions on this request, so I've attached a screenshot of what we had in mind. We would, however, like the main body to be a MUCH lighter shade of gray in the final design. I hope this helps to clarify.
