404 Page NOT WORKING? Simple FIX!

I need to have my [url removed, login to view] page fixed! My site is built on wordpress using the theme "ondemand". For what ever reason my [url removed, login to view] is NOT working. If I visit a url that does not exist on my website the [url removed, login to view] is either not displaying or is not fully displaying!

This should be a simple fix for someone who does this quite often.

Also when I visit the actual file directly: mydomain/folder/theme/ondemand/[url removed, login to view]

It says this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/folder/public_html/[url removed, login to view] on line 1

Cheaper bids will win for this project!
