Second Phase of photo share website

i will start the second phase of my project , i have finish the first one and i want to add some features or develop some properties , check the list below :
1-Add language packages to translation all website to Arabic language witch i can translate all components easy , don't want API Gtranslate .
2-Make RTL align for all website :texts,Jcomment,Jomsocial and hwdphotoshare .
3-Add some fields in the registration form.
4-Activate favorite and subscribe in user profile.
5-Replace Stars icon in rate as logo icon .
6- make the message in new windows as Download button in home page when I press in like/dislike buttons , see screenshot.
7- Pixlr integration (allows to add some effects on photos after upload)
8- i see a great upload system in Jomsocial have two type of upload "drop&drog" & add my button , is it possible to make it main upload
