Simple 5 page website

I need a website for a nonprofit group that has one master account to update/change/delete information:

1 - a simple homepage with a flash banner created from

pictures that I will supply to you, similar to

[url removed, login to view];

2 - a space on the homepage showing "upcoming

events" and a general description area that will be

able to create/edit/delete from the master account;

3 - homepage links to the following pages:

4 - Members page: a list of member names that are

links going to other websites (these links should easily be controlled by the master account)

3. Images page where the master account can upload

photos (gifs/jpgs) of various sizes

4. Contact page

5. Join page
