I have a wordpress website and I need to customize & develop.

What do I need?

1.I need to create sign up page as a membership connect with payment gateway I need this function asap I have woocommerce plugin that's come with credit card payment gate way

this is sample sign up page that I want you to create and I want you to do the same this website I mean step of sign up

but I create the design actually almost the same design

3.3 address book customer can add edit and delete address up to 10 address this address book will be use as shipping address for customer

3.4 forward list = the list of shipping address I mean customer can ship their package to multi address so this list is grouping of packages ex,

address No1 has 10 package

address No2 has 2 package

3.5 Account profile
