webdesign and php needed

I need a design like backpage dot com ( please dont bid for the script ) the website is already done and running. It only need to have the feel of backpage.

You will need to work directly from the script ( php ) and from your server. You need to do some basic web 2.0 , like reflexion etc

You need to be a very good communicater. ( messenger etc )
