There is a website I really like, I got the website files via wget, so I can provide those for you, everithing is html files I need that to be convert to drupal or joomla template , the layout is very important to be almost exact to the existing website just the header will be a bit different, the design of the website will be not nesesarly done for you as long as the placeholders for the new media/images are on place correctly delimited with color shapes and also the place holders for content are in place filled up with lorem ipsum if you like to.
