442727 Website design

I am in need of a new website template.

That one looks out-dated, text is not good readable because of wrong font choice etc...

I am not sure yet what i exactly need/want. As i am not a graphics designer but a programmer.

However i made an example of what could be:

However the uploading part i dont like. I want the uploading part between uploading from file and uploading from web something like:

But where/how to place it, i don't know.

If you have total other ideas about the design, they are welcome to.

But keep in mind also the adds. As that is my only income from my site, they need to be put on strategic areas. Where it's not immediatly bothering the visitor, but it's seen clearly :)

(at the current site they are very good positioned i think)

What i want to receive in the offer:

- total price for the website template (no coding)

- A sketch of how you would make it.

- Your work, what you have made before

It's only the design. No coding necessary!
