Website transfer & optimization to wordpress

I need someone to optimize the layout and content of an existing site based on my directions (to be given once contract is asssigned). You would also have to transfer this site to a wordpress (self-hosted) plateform.

Additional slick 3d graphics and modify the graphic layout to give it a more web 2.0 feeling would.
A picture slideshow to be integrated (like jon's smoothgallery), plus a simple but slick opt-in form (suggestions welcome as to graphics, however I will give some guidelines).
