We are a recruitment company and want a new database that will allow us access to all our candidates data quickly and easily. We register a candiate and save the CV's per candidate, when saving a CV the system should recognise address & contact details fields to create record, this should then enable search parameters for all registered candidates based on various criteria with a free text search available also. All records will be linked to a logging system so that each file will have its own record to store applications, emails, communication notes. Can give more details re fields required etc but needs to be user friendly. Attachment shows what we would be searching on
