simple automatic classified ad poster

i'm looking for a automatic classified ad poster the app should follow the given api and be able to place ads on a timer on such sites as [url removed, login to view]

final deliverable will be simple application that preforms said task

i know they exist , i'm to busy to look for such a application, so lets just make one
