Simple User Interface / Form (C#, Visual Studio, Form Builder) - almost no coding - I will give sketch, you make a form using Visual Studio Form builder

Should be about 2 hours of work. Let me explain it here.

I need make a program in C#.**net** but first I just need to make the UI design. So, I will give you the sketch. And you can use Visual Studio Form Builder to make the User Interface/Form. The program will not really do anything. It will just have buttons, fields, check boxes, radio buttons etc.

After this, I will post a separate project to start working on the coding part (to make the user-interface buttons etc. actually work).

But this project is to only build the form/user interface.
