I need a graphic artist to create a layout for a new web site for a tribal / belly dance troupe. This contract is for the layout and graphics only. I will be implementing the site once I receive the layout and graphics from you.
I'm looking for a web design that is consistent across all pages in the site, meaning banner, menus, and footer must be basically the same across all pages. I'm looking for the following types of pages / layouts:
1) Home / news
2) Forums (using phpBB - requires a phpBB template)
3) Photo gallery
4) Class schedule / fees
5) Performance schedule
A contractor will be selected based upon the following criteria, in order of importance:
1) Experience - show me the web sites you've done
2) Price
3) Vision - show me your thoughts
## Deliverables
1) Source files (PSD format) for all graphics used, "sliced" if applicable.
2) Font files for any fonts used inside the graphics.
3) HTML source for all pages if applicable.
