This project is for creating a WP custom theme for a corporate website.
The site will be RTL and UTF-8, including text strings with php locale format and based on a responsive framework such as Twitter Bootstrap.
Full specs for the scope of the project are attached, outlining the different page templates required and their behaviour.
Professional understanding of the Twitter Bootstrap is a must, and CSS control of RTL is also important.

The developer selected will be required to develop the theme in clear code, based on the Twitter Bootstrap framework adjusted for RTL (Hebrew).
Designs of the site will be provided to the developer in form of PSD, or PDF and JPG. Style Guide will be provided, including the colors, font sizes and relevant sizes in pixels of the grid. All elements of the design will be provided in separate png or jpg files (icons, backgrounds, separators etc.).
