Matching Template for osCommerce and Website(repost)(repost)

Download, modify and install an existing osCommerce template downloaded from a template site and create a matching website in DreamWeaver using my company logo/colors. No original creation needed, simply modify an existing template and use the same files to create a DreamWeaver template for me to build the site myself. This is EASY work for someone with graphic, DreamWeaver, CSS/HTML and osCommerce experience. This is literally a 6-8 hour project if you know what you are doing. Simply modify some images using Photoshop, change some CSS and create a template. Below is specifically what I need done.

You will take this osCommerce template:

...modify the template to fit my company information as well as custom buttons and other images and add this logo:

...and install it in this store:

...and then take the CSS, colors and images from the above and apply it to this DreamWeaver template file:
