This website is designed for clients with surplus stock. Functions Required: Shop owners: -Create an account -List products; features, price, description, stock level etc -View all items on sale -List Store details: Web URL, About US, Image etc This is very similar to the buyer side of ebay and other auction sites how you can check your 'listings'. Customer side: -Create an account -Browse products -Browse Specials -Rate products - Both for HOT deals and review of product - Items which are rated highly appear on front page under "Hot products" -Comment on Products - Comments should be placed at the bottom of a listing, similar to how Youtube lists comments -Leave feedback for Shop owners -Sort products by Feedback -Sort products by price -Sort products by category Admin Side We should be able to control every aspect of the Customer & Shop owners side., List Featured stores, List Featured Products Add/Remove products Change Banners/Advertising Note: No payments are processed on this site hence no shopping cart is required. Full website design is provided in PSD.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
