Add support for XMEye / Xiongmai Cloud connection for IP Camera/NVR on our Custom Web Application

We have a working Linux Hosted application done in PHP Codeigniter, which connects to IP camera or NVR using FFMPEG over RTPS using a static IP of the IP camera or NVR. We want to add XM cloud/P2P support so if we are connecting to XM / Xiongmai DVR/NVR or IP Cameras we can just use a serial number to connect to the device and get video stream for recording without having to do port forwarding. Here is the link to XM resources [login to view URL] which I am not sure has support for it or not, that's all the resources I have available for XM. Please do your research and only apply if you think you can help us add support for sure 100%. For someone with XMEye Cloud should be a very simple job.
Skills:
PHP, Codeigniter, basic FFMPEG, basic Linux and know how to work with SDK/API/Libraries.
