Android Launcher From Open Source or otherwise

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ...

I need a launcher for a box. It has to be a simple launcher (see the picture) with no extra bells and whistles.

--> It has to have the apps that I want on page(see the picture), Time & Date on the upper right corner, Weather on the left, and push feature. With push I should be able to send and change the app if I want to. . Whatever you need, ask me.

--> IN the picture you can see that there are basically 3 apps. LiveTV STB, Netflix and YouTube. So, after the box boots it comes to the Home Scrren which is the same as in the picture attached. When we click on LiveSTB it will open the LiveSTB app, when we click on Netflix it will open the Netflix app, when we click on youtube it will open youtube and when we click on Settings it will open the settings of the box. I believe that Settings is a separate app on the box.

--> It will have the wallpaper as seen in the picture which I will provide.

You can build from scratch or I can show you which open source launchers I like and you can tweak them. One of them is at the link below.

It has to be to my satisfaction. No dirty code or bugs or quick fixes please. Need it quick in 1-2-3-4 days etc. Not in a week or so. Ofcourse, handover the full code to me irrespective of I will come back to you for changes later or not. If I need changes later on once this is done to satisfaction then I will let you know but its a later thing.

I also need an app like stbemu app. We can talk about it later.
