1. We have already added 3-6 fileds, you can update this or add new if required, options are availabel in budypress for adding more filed.
2. These fileds can update by certain users levels only like (admin, staff etc). and can not edit by user itself.
3. Force users to provide details inorder to have active profile. make profile inactive bydefault until verified.
4. show note and webform (wpform) in profile tab if profile is not verified and show link for reverify form if already profile verified.
5. send auto email reminder near by time for document verify/expiry date. i.e reminder before 1 month, 15 days etc. and make profile inactive if expiried.
6. show badge of verified on profile.
7. make google sheet or similar webview with edit option where staff can make changes in profile without login into backend. this should be connected with buddypress profile using api or db. and must be easy to update verification status from sheet to buddypress
