Build a 9gag TV similar website [ Auto update ]

Hello,

I need a website like 9 gag tv that is auto updating by grabbing videos live ( via cURL ) or other methods from it.

Need similar website design and easy to customize.

Pages and Features I need :

- Homepage

- Video Page

- Categories [ Menu ]

- NO NEED LOGIN / SIGN UP

- Admin Panel Page (Simple Admin Panel Or Just a PHP page to manage SEO, ADS, Auto play Time, Etc. )

Features :

- Auto load Videos when scroll on Home Page and Categories page

- Player with Playlist on Video Page

- Next / Previous / Replay / Auto play on video page

- Custom : Title - Description - Keywords - ADS on video pages

- Social : Facebook Like / Share - Twitter

- Advertisement optimized

- SEO Optimized

Please Note: the payment will be done only after work done and only if I'll satisfied of the results obtained. At the end of the project you must provide documentation by describing the script and tutorial for customize and edit it.

Videos should keep Title & Description from the source site
Instead of Source Logo should be custom Logo on thumbnails
