Hello,
We are looking for a freelancer who is willing to build a simple bot for messaging pre-defined users through the Playstation Network, Xbox Live and Steam. The system should be able to read out a excel sheet and go through the cells reading the username and platform and send a message to them based on which platform is set in the excel sheet row.
Once the user is messaged, a field should update that the user message was sent and skip them in the future if the system is re-run. It does not matter in which development stack the system is built as long as it works as intended. This is for internal use so keeping it simple is no problem, functionality is what is valued.
