users will take iics using their mobiles .click send to submit pic and they will be taen to payment page money will be deducted from thier airtime

users must registerr profiles before using the app

users must have a link to send to friends requesting votes,they also must register before voting

users can also voote for other entrants pictures

competution runs weekly or monthly
