Clone our Big Commerce Store add redirect

1. We need an exact copy of our bigcommerce store migrated to a new instance of big commerce. (WE DO NOT need customers or orders migrated )
2. We need the sign-in - Sign-up- Login page on the new instance to be a geo redirect page to one of our other sites based on geolocation.
3. We must be able to edit the country redirection. example, today china is redirected to the USA website. In the future, when the China website is completed, we will need to easily edit china to redirect to the new URL.

We have two working sights. one service Europe, one service The rest of the world. A third will service china (in development)
B. The site will not show prices nor sell products. Hidding prices is a standard big commerce feature.
Geo Location:
All European traffic -> EC website
All China traffic -> China website ( under development )
All other traffic -> USD website
NOTE: we currently have the geo redirect working from a single page website the redirects correctly. This means we have complete working knowledge and list of the countries to redirect to each website.
