Hi all!

What I need is a system which sends SMS messages to clients with an alert for an appointment. The appointments have to be filled in a back end by the clients.

Job exist in 2 parts:

Login system:

- Clients need to make appointment in a secure environment behind a login field. Each client has a login name and password.

- If they are logged in, they need make, edit and delete appointments.

- It has to have a simple admin bootstrap template, see the attachment.

- For each appointment, there needs to be a starting time/date and an ending time/date

-There can be set multiple reminders per appointment.

-Those reminders can be set X days/hours/minutes before/after an starting and ending time. (see example)

Twilio integration:

- SMS alerts are send with the application of Twilio ([url removed, login to view])

- Every 15 minutes a cronjobs checks if it has to send alerts to clients

Note:

- Old data (eg: 1 month old) has to move to an archive so that they are not increasing the load time of the cronjob script. These data should be seen in the admin interface for example in an archive list.

So the CMS needs 3 menu tabs: Appointments, reminders and archive.
