Customization For Woocommerce Multivendor Website

I have a woocommerce multivendor website (Dokan Plugin) [login to view URL]

I only have $22 to pay for all my requirements. Looking for someone good at wordpress pagespeed, wordpress seo and email server.

My requirements:

1 Page speed: I have wp-rocket plugin and i'm hosted on aws ec2. But my page speed is bad. ([login to view URL]) Looking for someone to solve that problem. I can also work for images or any other works.

2 Wordpress Seo: I'm in need of SEO advices. I have fair knowledge about SEO. But looking for ecommerce SEO advices. I will not bother you with that issue. But i need detailed information and recommendations about my whole SEO.

3 I'm handling wordpress emails over sendgrid. After setting up cloudflare, the link inside of the user verification email and password recovery mail started to return 404 error.

I know the budget is low but that's all i can afford. Please bid if you are a professional about all topics.

I'm a mid level php developer. So i will assist and help you and work with you during working process.
