I'd like to build an online store website with the following specs and need to know the time needed to finish and the cost. It must be in Arabic and English though.

7. Product management and listing. ( Add, Delete and update the related information )

11. With shopping card for each product to send online inquiry or make online payment
12. Alert Mail ( when a new order is created )
13. Sending the invoice the order detail to the customer’s email
14. User registration and management
15. Account page for each user – orders history and status for user forgotten password link
16. Online orders management and listing ( View and update the related information)
17. Different shipping method ( pick up from store, flat rate, free shipping )
18. Payment method ( PayPal, E-payment gateways, cash on delivery)
19. Definition of coupons for discount
20. Order search and change for order status
