Fix PHP / Jquery Chat script -- 3

Chat is not currently working. I do not want this rewritten, just fixed. Need to be able to communicate between vitisor and admin. When admin types, visitors sees bubbles, when visitor chats, admin sees what the visitor is typing before they send it.

1. Email form not working (When admin is offline)
2. Nudge user. (small bubble that says chat is available with sound). Nudge can only be done once per visitor and does not assign an admin_id.
3. Close chat after no response from the visitor or admin after 10 minutes if in a chat.
4. If user requests a chat, request will timeout and a message will be sent to visitor stating all operators are currently busy. When page refreshes, they can try to initiate a chat again. (visitors table - column chat_request will return to no)
5. Force user to input name, with email optional and message required to initiate chat. Does not have to input name if admin initiates chat.
6. If user refreshes page, chat box will open if currently in a chat.
7. If admin has 2 browsers open, if chat gets rejected, it takes about 30 seconds for the other browser to be notified. (Make this faster) setTimeout(function() { checkForNew(); }, 3000);
8. When typing for admin or visitor, hitting enter button sends message. (and send button)
